I've talked with the guy who's gonna finish my guitar for me and got a couple sketches from him. the first is a flame design that looks pretty wicked. The drawing is ink pen on a printout of the guitar. we've talked about other colors to include in the finished product. here's the link

the other one is different, I call it a "embossed leather" design. I think it looks like a cheesy western style embossed leather belt.?? I like it a lot, but still haven't decided which one to go for, here's the link

I'm gonna give him the rest of the orange paint, so he can do another coat before he does the graphic, and I'm gonna give him the clear coat that I've bought, so he can shoot the clearcoat after his graphic work dries.

I'll post more when I'ts done.

The flames are killer! My opinion though......he needs to re-design them around the trem and hum route. Once you get a floyd (or rendition thereof) and a hum/ring on there the graphics will be all wrong. Most of that center section of the graphics will be hidden and what's left just won't look right. Just some constructive critisism but I love the design!
