can a bent neck on your guitar result in loss of sustain and tone? will it help to get it adjusted/straightened?

I nevere heard of it affecting tone, but it will either make the guitar fret out, buzz or make for higher than normal action.

Well....IMHO nothing could affect tome more than fretting out or buzzing (both kinda the same really) and I think I kinda understand Mr. Blaz's question. Sounds like the neck may have a back bow, or REALLY un-level frets. Getting it "adjusted/straightened" , or possibly a fret leveling will probably be the ticket.My goal in life is to be the kind of asshole my wife thinks I am.Comment
