Fusion Plus wiring help needed (HH with 5-way)

Hi everyone.

I recently bought a Charvel Fusion Plus and I'm trying to restore the wiring back to the stock scheme as it had been modified.

It's a HH setup using a 5-way super switch and originally would have had the following configuration:
Position 1: Bridge pickup (both coils)
Position 2: Both pickups (inner coils)
Position 3: Both pickups
Position 4: Both pickups (outer coils)
Position 5: Neck pickup (both coils)

I am unsure as to whether the 2 & 4 positions were originally parallel or series. If anyone with a Charvel or Jackson Fusion Plus could take a photo of their control cavity & also a close-up of the switch - or provide an accurate wiring diagram - it would be very much appreciated.

I'm not entirely sure how to wire this thing up. According to a vintage Jackson manual, the default wiring for the JE-0005 is different to what the Fusion Plus came with. And the Jackson switch is somewhat different to a normal super switch - there are two more connections which aren't on regular super switches. I hate guitar wiring, it always gives me a headache.

Also i tested it and its:
1:bridge
2:inner coils
3:both
4:outer coils
5:neck pickup

The schematics should be somewhere in the internets but not sure if they are for the jackson switch.
