    New Floyd Rose question :)

    Where can I get the piece to convert my original Floyd bar from the one without the collar on the bar to one with it?

    Does the base(threaded piece) just bolt on to the bottom plate? Thanks !

    StewMac - it's just an insert that replaces the original insert.

      Thanks Newc, My insert is one that has a stupid looking nut that goes over the threaded part from the back of the cavity. The nut has slot in it and I could nver figure out what that was for.

        The slot is so you can use a screwdriver to tighten it up. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

                Pedal, check THIS OUT! About 1/2 way down they have some arm and bushing combos for $15.
