Total refinish on an RR3 body questions

I have an RR3 that I bought off of eBay. I now have only a couple of hundred bucks in the guitar, and I wonder if it's worth having sanded and repainted/refinished?

Since I'm a greenhorn and have a hard enough time just changing strings and tuning up a floyd, I was wondering if anyone on this site does refinishing and repainting for a reasonable fee. I've planned on just cutting bait and selling it, but something in the back of my mind says if this axe was black it would be worth keeping.

Try an auto body shop. If you sand it down yourself and even seal and prime it, they should be able to color and clear it for you rather reasonably.
