Re- Finishing advice please.

I have a Model A which is a couple of years old.
The finish on the back of the neck has started to wear off in places. How do I re-finish it and what with?
Also the trans blue finish has lots of little marks and scratches, but none that break the surface.
Can these be polished out?

I doubt you could polish the marks, but I would sand the neck down and tung oil it, or leave it raw and baby powder it now and then.....other than that, I'd let it go, it probably looks cool.
