Since I didn't have a drum that size and couldn't find one that size, I went with the rigged sandpaper bit. StewMac's got all kinds of dremel/drill sanding drums (finally) that seem interesting - like for sanding the finish off the inside of Strat-type horns.
All the ones I found before were the size of the hole I wanted, but were not tapered enough to start the hole smoothly.
