EMG 81-7 Pickup.

Hey there everybody. Does anybody have any experience with the new EMG 81-7s? I'm thinking of swaping one into my new GMW 7 string.

How does the crunch compare to the 707? Or the sound over all? Can someone tell me a few things about this pickup? Any information would be appreciated.

I think the problem is that they are so rare. Nobody seems to sell them anywhere. Except I happen to find out that GMW stocks them [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Cool, thanks for that link. Im not interested in the pickup, but browsing that site I see they stock lots of stuff not found at allparts or stew mac, like the long FR trem block!! [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
