Very good work. I watched this guitar on EBay and almost bought it..I'm glad I didn't..lol otherwise it would still be in a case in my pile o guitars..lol

I missed this thread a year ago, I can't believe it! Great writeup and the pics are awesome. With what tool and how did you do the route for the body binding? Just a handheld router resting on the top?

basically but I had to use riser blocks to clear the fretboard otherwise the base hit and prevented me from getting in close enough inside the horns.
