Thanks for the great series. You rarely see such a detailed look into this procedure without paying for it. Also She did a great Job! I have done this myself and this is no easy task. They either come clean or they don't, and when it gets unpretty, its bad!

sorry, guys, nothing really visual to update on as I'm in the pre-fretting phase. I'm also in the middle of another neckthrough project that I'll be putting the frets in as well so I'm kind of catching that one up to this one to be able to do them together.
I promise to put pics up as soon as I have something
Thanks again for the kind words!Dave ->

WOWEEEE, super job, I love following the project jobs on here and would love to see more of them!
Sean still has my painted guitar body and will be working on it as the weather gets warmer so we have yet to post!
Keep us posted on your progress.

Here's a minor update. It being minor because I'm swamped with work and fixing up my shop at home.
This is the serial number, it's dedicated to my wife as she was giving me a bunch of crap for not working on it while she was in the hospital. The number is actually the date she started her new chance at life.
Also, I have the frets cut and I even pressed one in to see how the fit was. Not bad at all, I might say, as it's not too much compression and a very nice amout of resistance at the same time.
