Crank the Truss Rod all the way to the point of almost snapping. Let it sit for a week and start over, This has always worked for me when its the 11-12 Fret Buzz deal..Couldn't hurt.

I think its great, you guys getting on this clowns case like this, he's had plenty of time to do the right thing. this whole scenario seems pretty wacked out, Why would someone post a list of problems with a guitar and then put it up for sale and not be straight about it?
