Here is a drawing of how i wired my Rhoads for the 18 volt setup! it is a little tight, but just wrap the batteries thinly in electrical tape and then insert them the way they are positiond in my drawing! You are going to have to sit the second battery(red) on top of the first one(blue) and maybe tape it to the cover plate or have wires running from the pots holding it in position against the cavity plate(thats how I did mine)!
