sure, but you'll have a gap. the necks should have a butt width of 2 1/4.

I know I can replace the Jackson Floyd on the DK2 with an Original Floyd, so all I need now is to know how I can compensate for the gap created by using a Warmoth neck on a DK2, unless I can find a strathead neck that would be a direct replacement.

I understand Warmoth make 24 fret necks. Will a Warmoth 24 fret neck work on a DK2 body?

no, for the reason linked above... the neck heel size (length) is different.
