5-way Switch Question

I need to replace the 5-way switch in a Jackson Solist. It has a YM-50 sticker on the side and the solder points are all in a row. Also, the solder points are numbered 1 2 3 0 0 1 2 3.

The bridge lead is soldered to the #3 closest to the 0 and two single coils are on #1 & 2 closest to the 0. Then a wire coming off of a JE-1000 board is soldered to both 0 points.

Can anyone recommend a good replacement to get?

That would be great, but I'm not sure if it is even available anymore. I was hoping that someone could let me know where I could find or what the replacment would be.

Well I guess I should have done a Google search on YM-50. They are all over the place. There even a brand new listed on eBay. Sorry for not doing my homework before posting this question.
