I've been reading a lot about shrinkage and such, fretboards and all...what are some good practices for preventing these problems from damaging your axes? Neck problems...finish problems...all that stuff? [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I now own three USA neckthru Jacksons and I want to take as good care as possible of these biatches.

nothin too out of the ordinary, kinda like getting your car washed and occasionally detailed, imo. you can pick up one of those meguiar's/fender guitar maintenance kits (polish, cloth) and clean it up between string changes.
as far as fretboard maintenance and unfinished neck treatments, there's a few sticky threads on that stuff.
