Lowering the action on a Floyd equipped guitar

If you lower the Floyd Rose on a guitar in order to lower the string action, would that screw the intonation?

Floyd intonation is never perfect anyway(imo),just remember how far you've lowered it(1/4 turn,1/2 turn etc.),you can always go back!!

Raising and lowering a Floyd shouldn't affect intonation.
You're probably only adjusting the unit down a mm or two at best. Intonation is set by moving the saddles closer or farther away from the nut.

It won't affect intonation MUCH. It may not matter, or it may be out by just enough that you'll want to re-intonate. It depends on how much you're changing the action.

Depends on how high the action was to start out with. If it was fairly high, then the intonation may change a little since you need to push the string down further with higher action which in turn changes the intonation. Heck, even different brands of string have different intonation depending on the tension, core size, etc. It's best to check the intonation every once in a while anyways for optimal performance.
