    solder noob - SLSMG volume pot

    Mine cuts out when it is at max.
    Back of the pot reads - a500k
    What would be a replacement for this.
    I can solder a bit and read the solder faq -nice job btw!!

    any links - musiciansfriend???

      Should take you 10 minutes to fix... will be as good as new!

        Get a 500k audio taper pot. CTS makes a quality pot, Allparts or Ernie Ball have 'em. Not a fan of the CGE pots that WD and Dimarzio sells.
