Pick up wiring question

I have a dimarzio duel sound that I want to put in my tikai. The Dimarzio had bare, green, red and black. The old pup had white and a bare ground. So how would I wire this?

the dimarzio should have red, white, green, black and bare. what you do is solder the green and bare both to ground then solder the black and white together and tape or heat shrink tube them off so they don't touch anything else then solder the red wire to where the white was from the old pickup.

So, a dual sound is basically a Super Distortion with coil tap abilities? (like they all have now)
