what is the best temp and humidity for the room that i keep my gear? does it have any relation with the kind of fingerboard or body woods?

All the common woods like the conditions danny describes. It's when you go too low that different guitars act differently. Rosewood fretboards are relatively oily and maple is generally finished, so they don't dry out in northern winters as easily as ebony can, which causes shrinkage & cracking. Lemon oil is good.
Electrics aren't as susceptible to problems like acoustics are, which have thin wood and half of their surface area unfinished.
