right now I have a JT390 Adjustable Bridge on my JS30 Rhoads and I was wondering if upgrading it for a tonepros bridge or some other bridge would help gaining more sustain and getting a better sound from my guitar

Re: Fixed Bridges
The tone pros probably won't fit the existing pole pieces, and new pole pieces probably won't fit the hols drilled into the body for the JS bridge.
It won't imporve your sustain, if you got graphite bridge saddles or rolling bridge saddles it would.
The only real difference between the bridge that's on thier and a tonepros bridge is the tonepros bridge can be locked in place.
