custom cavity covers...

Anybody know a site that can make (recreate) trem/cavity covers if you send them a tracing or even a cardboard cutout? I contacted pickguard heaven and they won't do it without the original, but that is not an option on a body I have here. It is missing both and for some reason other guitars of same model and year are routed differently.

It would also help if they can get it done in a timely fashion. I had a pickguard made awhile ago somewhere and it took 11 months.
