High E String Snaps on My Floyd

Have original Floyd on a Charvel. Bend too much and the string snaps consistently.

I think I have to sand the saddle if I am not mistaken.

Anyone have any tips on how to do this?

find the smallest metal file possible and go for it.

you could also use something like 400 - 600 grit paper wrapped around something like a credit card for some stability. or even one of those pink emery boards; those little guys work nicely for that kinda stuff.

You might try switching the Low and high E saddles.
