Just got a seymour duncan Invader pup i want to put in my New warrior XT now looking at the DD pup wiring it goes as follows red/white soldered together & taped Black goes to ground & green is connected to the toggle switch. The Invader instructions is similar to the DD wiring except the green wire goes to ground & the black to the toggle i did this & it sounds so lifeless i changed the green & black wires sround like they were on the DD pups & it sounded so much better. I cant understand why it didnt work with the diagram that came with the invader? Anyone had this problem before or knows why the wires needed changed?

Black and Green are the same setup (both coils active) but swapping them inverts the phase with the other pickup.
