How do i pull out / remove the mounting studds?

I am having my Charvel Model 2 repainted but I have to remove all the hardware. Can anyone give me a quick but safe way to remove them from the body? I hope that's what they are called. its the part that's physically in the body that the two posts screw into for the floating Floyd rose.. I am going to be replacing the whole unit with a real floyd so I'm not worried about ruining them, but I don't want to damage the body.

Again if there's a link to a previous post about this let me know. or if you know of a web page. the one page I was sent didn't cover this
