Am I able to replace a Jackson Tremolo JT-6, with an Original Floyd Rose?

Yes, it should fit just fine.
However, if you want to replace the trem posts as well, you will have to do a bit more work. The JT-6 trem post bushings are larger than the Floyd trem post bushings, so you would have to take the JT-6 bushings out, dowel the holes and drill new ones for the Floyd bushings.
Also, if you're looking to replace the nut and the JT-6 string lock with a Floyd locking nut, that will be a rather tricky operation that is better left to a pro. The old nut/stringlock combo should work fine with a Floyd though.
