I use the 1200 3M finishing film on a DA, then 2000 by hand with soap and water. It's a huge timesaver.

Cool. have you ever used 3M Pink Fill N' Glaze? I used to use that stuff a bit, years ago, and swore by it. I find most 3M products to be top notch. I know the Fill N' Glaze certainly worked wonders on my black car finish, back then. Nto even sure if they still make it, but if they DO, I just might have to pick up a fresh bottle of it, again.

Most of the hardware came in this weekend, so I put in the pup (EMG 81), the Gold OFR, etc., and got her wired up today. The only problem was they sent the R2 nut instead of the R3. Anyway, while I'm waiting on the nut I went ahead and set it up with the R2 (I'm impatient like that). I ended up jamming on this thing for 2 hours tonight! Once again I must brag on the DK2 necks! With very little setup this fucking axe already has sick low action. When the nut gets here I'll fine tune it. In the mean time, here's some pics:

Well Jack, I'm not "the" shit, and I really don't rule anything, but I hope you're happy with the end result. Yes, there are some flaws, but if I say so myself she turned out pretty damn decent. [img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img]
