Neck options for model series bodies?

I read the neck swap guide in the Q&A. Are there currently and strat head options for model series bodies?
Q&A says there is no true fit. Is that still true? Any update on Warmoth doing the proper heel?

Musikraft & USA Custom both make necks with a 2 1/4" heel.

musikraft is your best bet. i have several musikraft necks...one being a 2 1/4" heel on a wayne body and i have NO complaints at all!!

What companies offer 22 fret, strathead necks, with a flat-cut, overhang, ala the San Dimas neck? Any? Looking for one, for my project, but all I've found are those with a curved endcut.
