Re: Duncan Designed bridge PUP is equavalent to what?
Take your Duncan Designed pickup out and look at the sticker on the bottom, it will have a model number, then go to the Duncan website and click on the model number for details. FYI, the HB-102B is the one modeled after the JB.

Thanks. I couldn't remember the model right off the bat, but it is indeed an HB-102B. The reason I ask is because I'm putting new pickups in the Fusion USA I bought from The Eristic and I'm undecided between EMG-81/SA/SA or a Duncan config.
Re: Duncan Designed bridge PUP is equavalent to what?
Update: Guitar Center called back and they don't have the EMG 81 in stock and they only have one SA. So.... I went to another store today and bought an 81 in black and two SA's in white (white was all they had). It might look doofus, but who cares? They all look the same in the dark, right?

Re: Duncan Designed bridge PUP is equavalent to what?
FWIW I have the stock Jacksons in one Fusion and the 18 volt EMG81 / EMG-S in another Fusion. The stock Jacksons get more play time, but I guess it depends on what you like playing.
I have an EMG85 and some SA's, but I like the EMG-S, just not the EMG81 (for most stuff). I might swap out the 81 for the 85 some day.

I've read a lot of great things on here about using an 85 in the bridge instead of the neck position. I briefly thought about going that route, but since I hadn't actually heard it that way I decided to stick with the 81.

Update: I got it back yesterday. Black EMG 81 in the bridge, two white SA's. Yes, it looks slightly doofus. No, I don't care. They all look the same in the dark, right?

Use some black paint and you'll be fine.

Depends on what type of paint you use. I tried painting a white EMG with car model black paint, and it rubbed off pretty easily. I ended up using black electrical tape and covered the sides and top (trimed with an exacto blade). That worked fine.
