stripped out screw hole on tremolo

I own an import jackson sl4 and I've been having problems with my d-string popping out of the tremolo. I recently discovered that it was the screw hole for my string lock...i've taken it to both of the local music shops and they don't seem to have the part. Would it be possibly to order it from Jackson or some other online retailer?
