Hi. I'm going to wire a J90C humbucker is a guitar I'm building. At first I wanted to use a 3 way mini switch on/off/on and set it up for series/off/parallel. But since the other 2 pickups on this guitar use 2 way mini toggles, I think it might me a pain to have one 3 way mini. So can I do an on/on for series/parallel and then run that signal into a 2 way mini for on/off use?

Re: 1 or 2 mini switches for series/off/parallel.
[ QUOTE ]
On my model 4 I did a mix of both. I have a 3 way series/split/parrallel, and a 3 way on/off/on with bypassed volume control.
[/ QUOTE ] what was the second 3 way switch for? And is my idea possible?
Seems to me that going from the series/parallel switch, instead of running to a volume control, i should be able to run to an on/off switch and then to a volume.
