OK so I've ordered a new body for my neck and now need to get the neck all cleaned up so it doesn't make the whole package look bad. There's a photo in this thred here

I've been reading all sorts of different things on various sites today including using lighter fluid. I use lemon oil on my rosewood ones but what do you all use on your maples?
