fall-awayto ease high note bends?

can you add fall-away to a neck through guitar, or should you dress the upper frets to ease high note bends with pretty low action. (my guitar is an sl2h usa and its got low, but not unreasonably low action. my brother has a charvel with way lower action and it doesnt fret out or buzz...any tips?

yes. that said, that's most likely done when the frets are milled.
