scuffed/scratched finish

Greetings.

I have a Jackson Kelly Custom. The gloss finish just below the high E-string is scratched up a little and no longer shines because of my finger nails on my picking hand.

How can i get it to shine again? What is needed? ..besides cutting the finger nails on my picking hand, that is.
