    OK it's not working on my computer.

        Yep - That is how Caffery likes his LP & White Rhoads strung (any non-locking guitar). It really seems to help with tuning stability

          Great tip! I forgot about doing this due to most of my guitars having Floyds. My brother showed me this on his classical guitars were the nylon strings would tend to slip. Thanks for the reminder!

            I've been doing that for years on thru-hole tuners. Works great. You don't need too many windings with this method.
