OFR Locking Nut problem

there's one nut that's all messed up and I can't get it out of the hole. I don't know what to do now. There's 2 holes at the back of the headstock and I don't know if they're there to hold the locking nuts or if they're there for the truss rod.

They are there to hold the lock nut platform. They are what you remove if you want to take the lock nut off.
