Replacement tuners for SLSMG?

I'm replacing the tuners on my SLSMG so I bought a set of black locking 3+3 Schallers, BUT, when I tried to install them, the shaft is way shorter than the stock tuners and if I feed the string throughit rubs against the nut at the bottom of the tuner. So I went back and exchanged them for some Sperzels hoping it would be a different story. They are a tiny bit longer but I still think it's going to be cutting it too close...

Does anyone know of a set of good quality black 3+3 locking tuners that are guaranteed to fit properly? I don't mind if the screw doesn't line up or something, I just want the shaft to be long enough.

Get a set of Gotoh SG-38's.
They should fit perfectly.

Haha, thanks man, but are those locking? The pictures online don't look like they are locking tuners.

They make SG-38's with the "Magnum Lock" feature.
I have a set on my Charvel S-Head copy... work like a dream.
