Push/Pull Potentiometers

This just popped in my head as I was reading the direct mount EMG thread. Is it possible to wire a push/pull pot for the following:

1. In the down position you would be at full volume output, and it would act would act as a tone knob as you rotate it.

2. When you pull it up it cuts the signal - no volume.

I love simple guitars...1 hum, string-thru, 1 knob....nice and clean.

That should be no problem. Wire the push/pull switch as a kill switch & the pot as a tone control. The other option would be a concentric vol/tone, but kill switches are cool.
