Question on Ibanez necks

Hey guys,

I have an Ibanez 1527 that I want to screw with a little. I want to get another body (mahagony) and route it for a OFR 7 trem instead of the Ibanez trem. Will I have any issues with the nut and string spacing on the original Ibanez neck or will all be ok? I have no clue about any of these things, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

A 7 string neck is wider You may have a problem there. and a 7 string floyd nut ain't going to work on a 6 string neck.JMO Is the 1527 a 7 I dont know Ibanez stuff very well.

Ok. I would think if you are just getting a new body made you should be OK.The nut should work.
