Locking nut sizes

Does anyone have the various sizes of locking nut in metric? R1 through to R8? I've got a strat neck with a 45mm width, which nut would be the right size?

Here you go, metric on the right:

Looks like R5 is going to be the closest at 44.45mm

45mm = 1.7717" so you would want an R5 1-3/4" (1.75")
