Replace Jackson Bridge with Floyd?

I have a Jackson Kelly made by the custom shop. It has the Jackson licensed Floyd Rose bridge.

Would it be worth replacing the Jackson bridge with the [original] Floyd Rose? Is the Floyd bridge better in terms of sustain? How will my tone be affected?

Depends, does the bridge say "Made in Germany" in a little square near the trem bar? If so, its a Schaller and is a great bridge.
