It is my first time changing strings on my model 2 with the stock licensed jackson floyd rose on it and I am wondering how to get the strings out of it. Can anyone help me with this?

If I remember right. loosen the one string first & Find an allen wrench that fits the center section allen bolts/adjusters at the rear of the JT-6 & loosen, that should release the cut string tied to the bridge. I recommend doing one at a time & replacing with new string so you don't screw up the bridge adjustment. -
The string lock screws run through the fine tuners, so they can be tricky if you aren't familiar with that trem. Here's the JT-6 manual:
