Pick scratches

I have a black 87 Jackson Tele that has some pick scratches on it. What method can I use to polish them out without damaging the black finish.

The Fender McGuires 3 bottle care kit is pretty dang good..

It all depends on how deep the scratches are...

Get Novus plastic polish. It's the best product I've found.

I have another question in the same arena. My guitar tech while setting up one of my guitars scratched the body with a screw driver while adjusting the pickup height. His screw driver slipped off and left a 1/2 inch scratch. What will take this out???

Take the screwdriver and jam it through the tech's eye... then ask him who should take it out. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

Talk to the tech about it, maybe he does not realize he did it.
