Need Wiring Advice

Ok, here it goes. When I rewired my Jackson, I never did it perfectly, and so the tone is acting like, as is the volume. Now I would like a Volume/Volume config, but the issue is they are linked together: turn one down and you get no sound from both pickups. So basically I want a wiring diagram for 2 Humbuckers, 3 Way Toggle, 2 Volumes.
