neck binding question

i am currently restoring a 99' rx10 rhoads with a bolt on neck. and i was wondering if it is possible to add neck binding to a guitar that doesnt have it. i really like that look. this is my first project.

Sure you can add it.
You'll need to pull all the frets and have the edge of the board routed for the binding.
Probably be cheaper to find a used board that already has binding though.
