Where to get a refinish/how much?

I was wondering if any of you have had a guitar refinished, who you'd recommend, the average price for a solid color, etc.

One of my Schecters has seen much better days; I'd like to get some dings filled in and the whole thing refinished in pearl white.

GMW does great work but they are slow.
