Is there something i can glue into the fret slots (like really thin wood) to fix this without having to glue the frets into the slots? I don't wanna redo this fingerboard

Some glue a mix of superglue and wood dust into the slots, then re-cut them. Try expanding the tangs first, unless there is damage to the fret slots, in which case repairs will have to be made anyway.
