will moving the floyd rose saddle back to the second notch make a diffrence where the high e frets out on a bend at the 14th fret? this is with the lowest action i can get.
No! The saddle position holes are for intonating.
You will need to get some saddle shims. I can provide you with these or you can look elsewhere for them.
This will take care of the fretting out inssue in most situations.
