Do you mean the collar with the slot through it that the bar slides into?

            if you do ,
            1. you have to take the little screw out of the bottom and remove the clip,
            2. the take a wrench and remove the nut under the base plate that holds the socket
            3. then it(the socket) will unscrew from the top.
they're the exact same as a Ibanez Edge uses. if you need a new one go to www.ibanezrules.com and buy one from Rich.
or if you like Floyd rose trem arm's better just replace it with one of those.i did it on my Ibanez.

On my Jackson(USA)it appears to be a Floyd collar but I'd like to change to the Ibanez one that's on my Mod 1. The issue is, the collar had split, or cracked vertically along the threads. So I'd like to replace the arm & bushing, or collar or whatever the hell it's called! The bridge is a JT-6.
