i just got an Ibanez RG320FM with a trans lavender finish. oooo it kicks. but my old crappy squier is just sittin there. i wanna get some new pickups and tuners. Its a black finish and im really into art. i wanna paint a whole lot of little sbstract pics across the body and pickguard. i also am makin my own fiber glass inlays for the markers on 3,5,7, and 9. from 12 and up, im scalloping. I wanna have that Yngwie sound for those higher solos. and tips on anyof this? that'd be great.

Project Guitar has lots of tutorials, and is a good place to get some ideas about technique and what kind of tools you'll need

Scalloping a neck is pretty easy, IF you know what you are doing. As a tech, I have turned down scallopig work for this reason, it takes WAY TOO DAMN LONG. If you don't know what you are doing, you run a very good chance of sanding your inlays out.
