I installed a humbucker that I was told came out of a Model 2 (J90C I think) in my Jackson PS-4 bridge position.
The normal wiring code seems to be red and white soldered together with green as the hot and black with ground. At least that is what I recall.
However the other humbuckers (including the one that I took out) in the PS-4 were wired with the red and black together with green as hot and white with ground.
Is this normal?
Are not all Jackson humbuckers designated with the same color code and wired the same?
Suggestions?
